König Ludwig Weiss (5.5%)
Golden in colour and has a naturally cloudy appearance derived from the special Bavarian Brewers yeast. It has a nice balanced flavour, with malty overtones and an aroma reminiscent of apples and bananas. The stimulating fruity experiences leave you with an unmistakably fruity tingle in the mouth.
| |
|
Reissdorf Koelsch 4.8%
This is the beer speciality from Cologne with a tradition starting 1894. A Kölsch with a pleasant, full-bodied, and uniquely light and sweet taste in premium quality. This beer is typically lighter even than Pilsner in color. A slightly malty, fairly soft palate. The finish is decidedly dry due to its high attenuation and firm hop character, brewed for the adepts who prefer something special.

|
Kellerbräu - Mönchshof (5.4%) An unfiltered lager from Kulmbacher Brewery in northern Bavaria. Take a sip of this luscious beer and you'll immediately be transported to a German biergarten, surrounded by the aroma of fresh hops, waitresses carrying several frothy beer mugs, old men in lederhosen with round, red noses, and . . . . well, you get the point. This is what German beer is all about.
| |
|
Hacker-Pschorr Märzen / Oktoberfest | 5.80% Ordered for Oktoberfest 2012 A clear, dark copper color topped with an off-white head with the aroma of bready, caramel malts, and a nice restrained sweetness. The taste matches the smells. The rich, malty flavors are kept in check by a little earth hop bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth, with moderate carbonation. The finish is refreshing and continues with the caramel toasted malt flavors.
|
Ayianger Oktoberfest (5.8%) Ordered for Oktoberfest 2012 Oktober-Fest-Marzen is a full-bodied, rich lager with a malty bouquet and a hint of sweetness. Color is deep gold and the flavor is a perfect balance: malt backbone with depth & richness; complimented by perfect conditioning from long maturation. Fest-Marzen is spiced with enough hops to make it snappy and thirst-quenching, but in the classic Bavarian style it's not highly bitter. And remember, Oktober Fest-Marzen is seasonal . . .so get it while you can or you may have to wait until next year.
|

| |

| |
|
New Aventinus 8.2%
Dark-ruby, almost black-colored and streaked with fine top-fermenting yeast. This is a very intense wheat doppelbock with a complex spicy chocolate-like aroma with a hint of banana and raisins
|
Eisbock - Kulmbacher (9.51%) The world-classic Kulmbacher Reichelbräu Eisbock is back! The world’s first and most authentic ice beer was given the highest rating by Michael Jackson, then mysteriously disappeared, but it’s in stock now, a heavyweight beauty. Not at all like those silly “ice” beers that big American breweries are pushing, this one is actually made the original way – by freezing and then removing the ice to intensify the alcohol and the flavor.

Schwarzbier - Monchshof (4.9%) Smooth flavorsome taste with roasted malts, a bit of chocolate and hazelnut – really smooth and delicious, with minor sweetness and low noble hops in the aroma. The deep amber color with burgundy highlights is attractive and is topped by a rocky head. Great flavor follows the aroma with a mild toasted essence and an intangible malt presence that leave your tongue refreshed and wanting more.

Framboise
Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries. Taste: Magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean natural taste.

Arcobräu Zwickl Lager ABV: 6.8% An unfiltered Lager, naturally cloudy, light gold
with orange highlights, and a thick creamy head almost white. This brew smells
great with an herbal hop scent, some grain with a nice spicy yeast,
some faint fruitiness, creamy, but not sweet, texture to it. This is great
delicious beer, that starts with a noble hop earthiness as it expands into
fresh bread, with a touch of (lemon?) fruit towards the finish
| |
|
Ayinger Bräu-Weisse (5.1%)
Fragrance and taste of the “yeast-cloudy” wheat beer are distinguished by a refined top-fermented flowery-yeast character and an unmistakable, distinct banana aroma. First sensation on the taste buds is full-bodied, very soft and mild with a lively, champagne-like sparkle. A light, typical wheat beer taste is expressed, the bitter tone of which can scarcely be detected. The sparklingly refreshing Ayinger Bräu-Weisse will impress every wheat beer connoisseur with the first mouthful.
|
